An executive director since 2015. Valeriy has vast managerial experience in the Merges and Acquisitions and in project financing. He has been a member of board of directors of various investment and holding companies in commercial real estate sector since 2010. 

Dusanka has an extensive work experience in fiduciary services and corporate governance with a comprehensive involvement in overall aspects of corporate matters, compliance, banking and statutory duties. She is a holder of CySEC Advanced and AML Certificates, and is registered in both Public Registers of Certified Persons.

Group Finance Director since 2015. Linda has an extensive managerial and accounting  experience in the banking sector, she was top executive responsible for the set up of the branch of a Latvian bank in Cyprus, involved in the establishment of an international business unit in a legal firm and corporate structures in Cyprus and abroad. She  has a practical experience in different industries as retail and wholesale, shipping, IT products distribution,  banking, oil products trading.
