Wellen Finance Ltd is an investment company founded in 2008 in the Republic of Cyprus.
We provide private and publicly listed companies with financing required to develop and grow their business.
We offer our clients debt and equity instruments on flexible terms that meet their specific needs and constraints.
Currently, the Wellen Group comprises a number of companies that hold a diversified portfolio of financial instruments. Primarily investing in European and Asian markets, we work with clients from the natural resources sector, real estate, retail, media, IT and other industries.
Wellen utilises its already existing local position, team of professionals and its local business experience to assess and undertake high-potential local projects and investments, as well as to offer advisory, compliance and admin business relations to its selected business associates for whom Wellen is able to open up and prepare the local market in growing business areas (such as IT, higher education from EU funds, health tourism, and similar).

Wellen Group positions itself as an alternative avenue to secure funding. Companies approach us because they are looking for financing structured according to their situation. We offer short-, medium- and long-term instruments that allow our clients to overcome challenges, accelerate growth and drive their expansion strategies.
We only work with companies that meet our established and transparent criteria, conducting a thorough due diligence on each investment.
Over the course of years, we made it our priority to develop strong relationships with financial institutions and our clients, positioning ourselves as a reliable partner for the long-term.
We have enabled numerous M&As and restructuring. The financing we provided allowed real estate developers to open hotels, office buildings and public venues, oil workers to dig wells, miners to acquire a promising mineral assets, retail and IT companies to expand sales of their products.
